Role Title: SLES Program Officer Role Type: Full-Time. The role requires the use of a range of face to face, administrative & working as part of a team. Reports To: General Manager Location: Based in Nerang, Coomera and Beenleigh Main duties and responsibilities - Generating and adapting the clients SLES plans - Developing group programs generating, facilitating, and adapting the content - Directing staff to support clients in accordance with their SLES plans - Review SLES Officers daily progress notes - Assist with feedback regarding client progress and program outcomes to families and stakeholders - Review incident reporting, challenging behaviours - Generating reports as requested by the General Manager - Have a strong understanding or willingness to learn relevant NDIS requirements and standards - Act with initiative and professional judgement - Maintaining and understanding reasonable expectations of clients and workers. - Fulfil other duties as required by senior management as requested/required. - The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.
