Were currently hiringwithin ournon-clinical Patient Administration System (PAS) Workstream and building a talent pool for future non-clinical roles.The current opportunities available are within the following non-clinical workstreams:(PAS) CadenceAs a Digital Health Analyst within the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative digital health solutions that improve healthcare outcomes across NSW Health.The Cadence team are responsible for the administrative journey of patients across NSW Health as part of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR). The Cadence team supports the configuration and maintenance of scheduling, registration, referral management and waitlist functionality to enable safe care and efficient patient flow.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of clinical programs and digital products that transform patient care, working with key stakeholders and leveraging tools such as clinical information systems, product backlog management software, and risk oversight frameworks.About YouWe are seeking motivated early-career analysts who bring strong administrative or health system experience and a genuine interest in digital transformation within a complex public healthcare environment.You will be someone who:Holds Tertiary qualifications in health, health information, business, IT, or a related discipline; however, substantial administrative experience within a hospital or public health environment will be highly regarded.Has experience working in patient administration, scheduling, registration, referrals, waitlists, medical records, or similar clerical hospital functions (or equivalent exposure to healthcare workflows).Demonstrates strong attention to detail and data accuracy, particularly when working with large datasets, workflows, or system configuration.Can clearly understand and translate frontline administrative processes into structured digital requirements.Is organised, accountable and able to follow defined governance, documentation and change control processes.Communicates professionally and confidently with both operational staff and technical teams.Remains calm, solution-focused and reliable in a fast-paced, high-stakes program environment.Shows a willingness to learn complex systems (e.g. PAS, scheduling systems, Epic) and apply feedback quickly.You will succeed in this role if you:Enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.Are motivated by tight deadlines and problem solving on the go.Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and outcome focused.Thrive when collaborating with others to deliver results in a fast moving space.Need more information?Position descriptionCheck out our diversity and inclusion commitmentLearn more about Single Digital Patient RecordWorking at SDPROur people are at the heart of who we are.
