Learn more about us: The role: Were seeking a detaildriven and serviceoriented People & Culture Administration Officer to join our collaborative People and Quality team. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this role supports the effective administration of people systems, workforce compliance and core People & Culture processes across the employee lifecycle. Youll work closely with Service Managers, Payroll and the broader P&C team to ensure records are accurate, compliance obligations are met and people processes run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, systemsfocused work, takes pride in accuracy, and likes supporting others behind the scenes to do their best work. Its a great opportunity to build or deepen experience in People & Culture within a regulated, valuesbased environment. In this role, you will: Support workforce compliance by maintaining accurate records, registers and employee documentation in line with regulatory and organisational requirements. Administer People & Culture systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy across onboarding, role changes, employment variations and offboarding. Coordinate compliant onboarding and employee lifecycle processes that support Service Managers and teams across the organisation. Act as a first point of contact for People & Culture system and process queries, providing clear guidance and escalating where needed. Support continuous improvement by maintaining templates, forms, process documentation and contributing to efficient ways of working. To thrive in this role, you will also need: Demonstrated highlevel administrative experience, ideally in a regulated or compliancefocused environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and information. Confidence working with databases or information systems, and the ability to learn new platforms quickly. The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a busy environment. A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
