About the Role: As a Concreter, Steel Fixer, or Labourer with Fairbrother, you will support Site Managers and work alongside a skilled team of tradespeople, apprentices, and labourers across a range of commercial construction projects. In these hands-on roles, you will contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of concrete structures and associated works. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of workmanship, supporting team members on site, and ensuring all tasks are completed in line with project timelines and safety requirements. Your ability to work collaboratively, follow direction, and stay organised in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success. What We''re Looking For: We are seeking candidates with: Experience in the commercial and/or residential construction industry. Concreters and Steel Fixers: minimum 3-4 years experience in their respective trades. Labourers: previous construction site experience highly regarded. The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. Proactive, organised, prepared and focused. Collaborative nature that is approachable and proactive. Superior time management and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written, verbally, and active listening. Build and maintain strong rapport with a variety of stakeholders. Lead by example. An unwavering focus on safety and quality standards. To succeed in this role, the candidate will demonstrate: Full working rights in Australia. A current driver''s licence.
