We are looking for people who would like to be a part of our community to join our team of volunteer Shop Assistants. Established in 2011, The Heysen Foundation is a charitable trust which exists to celebrate the great artists legacy of Sir Hans Heysen and Nora Heysen and to preserve, protect and promote his Adelaide Hills home and his property The Cedars in Hahndorf as a welcoming place of international cultural significance for present and future generations. In this role you will: - Undertake basic retail functions in our brand new gallery space (operating the till, cash handling and selling of merchandise) - Assist with the open and close of the property - Be a friendly and welcoming presence for all visitors at The Cedars - Work with a team of passionate volunteers and staff to preserve, protect and promote The Heysen legacy All applicants will be screened for suitability through a short interview process.
