As a service-driven organisation, the primary focus of the role is to offer a personalised, welcoming and professional uniform service to the families and communities of our partner schools. We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and customer-focused Campus Manager to lead our Bob Stewart uniform shop at Marist Sion College, in Warragul. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated retail professional to take ownership of the store and build strong relationships within the school community. As Campus Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the uniform shop, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for students, parents and staff. This is a casual term-time only position. Key responsibilities: Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Lead and manage the daily operations of the store. Maintain merchandising displays, manage stock levels and ensure the store is clean, organised and visually appealing. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations. About you: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards. Previous retail or supervisory experience (preferred). Holds or is willing to obtain a valid Employee Working with Children Clearance. Availability requirements: Terms 1, 2 & 4: Monday: 8:30am 2:30pm Wednesday 11.00am 5.00pm Thursday 11.00am 5.00pm First Saturday of each month 9:30am 12:30pm Term 3 Wednesday 11.00am 5.00pm First Saturday of each month 9:30am 12:30pm If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we would love to hear from you!
