Lets talk about the opportunity The purpose of this role is todeliver exceptional legal services to the Commission while also coaching, mentoring, and promoting the development of direct reports. This is a permanent,full-timeposition. The annual salary is $176,736 to $195,631, plus employers contribution to superannuation (currently 12%) and annual leave loading (currently 17.5%) Click here to view the position description. Essential requirements Candidates will be assessed against the following requirements: A law degree and eligibility for admission as a barrister or solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW. Extensive legal knowledge and experience, particularly in criminal law and administrative law, and a sound knowledge of the rules of evidence, procedural fairness and the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988. High level analytical, organisational and oral and written communication skills.
