Our team has a varied role and provides a range of psychological services, related to management of inmate mental health, risk to self/others, challenging behaviour, and cognitive impairment. We also provide risk assessment and consultation for sex and violent offenders in our centre. In this role, you will support behaviour change and rehabilitation while developing sound skills in psychological assessment, formulation, intervention, and consultation. Provide expert consultation to staff regarding mental health, behaviour management, and risk management Develop and apply clinical judgement in complex and dynamic situations Contribute to case planning and behaviour management strategies Prepare formal reports, advice, and consultations that inform decisions for statutory bodies.
