As a Procurement Business Partner, you will play a critical advisory role, influencing planning, improvingcomplianceand driving sustainable,valueformoneydecisions across Council. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a complex environment and enjoys balancing strategy,dataandhandsonprocurement delivery. You will make an impact by Providingendtoendprocurement and tendering support across assigned business units Leading full tender processes, including documentation development, evaluation,awardand contract execution Partnering proactively with stakeholders to influence procurement planning and strategies early in the cycle Monitoring procurement compliance and supporting continuous improvement across theprocuretopayprocess Delivering procurement data analysis and insights toidentifysavings, manage risk and optimise supplier performance What you will bring Demonstrated and proven experience inpublicsectororlargescaletendering (essential) Strong knowledge of procurement policies,proceduresand relevant legislation Experience providing strategic,evidencebasedprocurement advice that supports informeddecisionmaking Proven capability inendtoendprocurement, including contracts and supplier engagement Strong analytical skills, with experience in spend analysis, compliancemonitoringand reporting Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgement and manage competing priorities High levelsof professionalism,discretionand integrity Why work with us Activity based and hybrid work model.
