Job Description About Us Conveniently located in Miami near coffee shops and Miami Marketta, Dankav Developments is a builder, developer, and owner of The Oxley 1823 in Nobby Beach and now launching our next major project, The Alfred in Mermaid Beach. We operate across a diverse range of industries including construction, residential and commercial property development and management, luxury accommodation, yacht charters, retail, and hospitality. With strong growth ahead, were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Clerk to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations Perform accurate and efficient data entry across various systems Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations Assist with meeting scheduling, calendar management, and team coordination Maintain and update customer, supplier, and financial records Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers Perform reception duties and greet visitors as required Support filing, scanning, and other day-to-day clerical tasks About You A valid drivers licence and reliable car are essential Previous office or administration experience is an advantage Certification in business, accounting, or office administration highly regarded Strong results in maths, accounting, or business studies at school will be viewed favourably High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with MYOB, Procore, or OneBreadcrumb is highly regarded Excellent time management and organisational skills Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn Willingness to assist with a variety of general office duties as needed
