You will provide expert advice, advanced data management, help desk support, and strategic reporting to enable patient safety and clinical quality improvements.In this role, you will:Collate, analyse and report on incident data to support clinicians, senior managers and the Clinical Governance UnitLead the administration, optimisation and continuous improvement of the IIMS applicationProvide specialist advice on clinical risk, data quality and system performanceDevelop and maintain reporting tools to support accreditation, safety and quality monitoringBuild collaborative partnerships across WSLHD to support education, planning and performance initiativesTroubleshoot system, software and network issues using internal and external support channelsAssist with the management of quality audit and death review databasesReady to make a real impact?Join NSW Health and help shape safer, better care for our community.
