Workplace Learning OfficerBaldivis, WA3 days per week initially, with scope to increase to 4 or 5 daysPreferred working days: Monday to WednesdayHours: 8.00 am to 4.00 pm (Friday finish 2.00 pm) ITAC is one of Australias most recognised providers of education support training, with students across every state and territory. We are a well-established Registered Training Organisation headquartered in Baldivis, with childcare and other course areas continuing to grow. We are seeking a highly organised and capable Workplace Learning Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, reliable, confident on the phone, and able to manage a busy workload involving students, workplaces, trainers and internal systems. This is primarily a workplace learning coordination role, with a secondary function in student services. You will help coordinate placements across Australia for education support and early childhood students, while also assisting with enquiries, enrolments and related administrative tasks. Full training is provided. Direct experience in workplace learning is not required. What you will be doing Coordinate student work placements and related site visit logistics Liaise with students, schools, centres, supervisors and trainers by phone and email Manage placement updates, scheduling changes and follow-up tasks Maintain accurate records, notes, calendars and documentation Support students and workplaces with clear, professional information Assist with student enquiries, enrolments and related student services tasks Work carefully across multiple systems and internal processes Escalate more complex matters where required What we are looking for Clear and professional English language skills Excellent phone manner Strong administrative and organisational ability High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through properly Confidence dealing with a wide range of people and situations Good computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly Reliability, good judgement and a calm, capable approach Availability to work 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Reasonable proximity to Baldivis Preferred but not essential Experience in administration, coordination, customer service or student support Experience in education, training or a similar office-based environment Familiarity with vocational education or student administration What we offer Full training and ongoing support Modern, newly renovated offices in Baldivis, right near the shopping centre A strong and supportive team A varied role with genuine responsibility Strong promotional and career advancement opportunities Please apply through SEEK with your resume and a short cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
