This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy depot environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Depot Manager and team Coordinate lubricant orders, stock control, invoicing and dispatch Manage inventory movements, receipting and end-of-month reconciliation processes Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with HSSE, Chain of Responsibility (COR) and company policies Skills & Experience Previous administration and data entry experience (essential) Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Physically capable of assisting with stock handling and manual tasks within a depot environment Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) Strong communication skills and customer service focus Commitment to compliance, safety and continuous improvement Forklift licence is an advantage
