This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to collaborate with committed multidisciplinary stroke teams and healthcare providers across SWSLHD, working closely with clinicians, managers and service partners to develop and implement initiatives that strengthen stroke pathways across acute, subacute and community services. The position will have a patient centered approached, helping to enhance the experience of people living with stroke and their families through education, coordination and innovation. Lastly, the role will play a key role in shaping district-wide stroke strategy, contributing to workforce development, capability building, and service improvement across multiple sites.Are You the Right Fit?The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative district -wide role, demonstrating leadership skills, advanced clinical expertise in stroke care, excellent communication skills and partnership building with clinicians across the district.
