The Lead Pharmacist will work closely with the transplant, haematology, and immunology multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes in alignment with hospital protocols, FACT-JACIE standards, and the NSW BMT & Cellular Therapies Network. This position also provides services to non-malignant haematology.The Lead Pharmacist will also supervise and lead research, clinical trials, and quality improvement initiatives in transplant and cellular therapies.
