Our commercial laundry division has been recognised as a major linen service provider and cater to schools, aged care and hospitality sectors across Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Sydney. The Role We offer a unique challenge for an experienced Laundry Production Manager. As part of this role, you will have a strong focus on laundry operations from production right through to dispatch including customer service, people management and Work, Health & Safety. Key responsibilities include: Managing operations to ensure we meet our customers quantity and quality requirements. Lead a team with a strong focus on supporting people with a disability. Deliver operational efficiencies. Promote and ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety practices. Developing and managing budgets for your remit, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation. What We''re Looking For 2+ years experience in commercial laundry operations or related fields Experience in managing teams and overseeing production operations is essential. Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance. Working knowledge with laundry equipment, cleaning chemicals, and processing procedures. Willing and able to work in non-airconditioned factory or workshops. Certification in Control hygiene in laundry operations (Desirable) Certified Laundry & Linen Manager willingness to obtain Safety Certification with hazardous chemicals and materials NDIS Check, WWCC, First Aid certificate, Police Check willingness to obtain We Offer Being part of the Flagstaff family, means you will be recognised for your contribution in a workplace that only sees abilities.
