WHO YOU ARE We are looking for an experienced support worker who would prioritise participants'' engagement and well-being while supporting them within the community and in their own homes. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Confident in delivering supports to high physical need participants Experience in Manual Handling Experience with complex Bowel Care Good Availability DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 year of experience working as a support worker or as an AIN Hold a Certificate III in health services Assistants in Nursing in Acute Care or equivalent at a minimum. Compassionate, caring attitude and proven ability to provide direct care services with minimal supervision . Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to complete, read and understand standard documentation. WWVP Police Clearance NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain one Persons with lived experiences are highly recommended to apply.
