Maritime Security Officers We are currently on the lookout for multiple experienced and interested Maritime Security Officers to work for us in Darwin Port on a casual basis. Rostered shifts and flexibility Be part of a dynamic and supportive team Play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of maritime security Full Job Description Maritime Security Officers are responsible for the delivery of high quality, customer-focused security services while creating safe and memorable travel experiences for travelers and visitors transiting through Darwin, the tourism gateway to where living in paradise is a part of everyday life. You will be responsible for: Provide high-quality front-line customer service and support. Identify risks and resolve issues. Perform general maritime security guard duties, including administration tasks. Work effectively within a team environment. Handle ad hoc duties as required. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Current First Aid certificate & CPR . Current MSIC license (or eligibility to apply). Current NT Security license. Availability to work 24/7 roster The ability to successfully pass drug and alcohol screening and medical assessments. Current Driver''s License and reliable transport. Full work rights. Excellent customer service skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Intermediate computer skills. Professional presentation. Proven experience in conflict resolution. Good administration skills. Ability to walk and stand for long periods (up to 12-hour shifts).
