Whether you come from a senior consultant background or have leadership experience, youll play a key role in maximising opportunities, mentoring others (if applicable), and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key responsibilities: Sell and manage used vehicle stock to achieve and exceed targets Build rapport and deliver a seamless customer journey from enquiry to delivery Appraise trade-ins and negotiate confidently Maintain strong knowledge of stock, pricing, and market trends Oversee operations and performance at the new Stuart Park site (For Manager level) Lead, coach, and motivate the team to drive performance What were looking for: Proven success in automotive sales (used car experience highly regarded) Strong closing skills and confidence in negotiations Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Professional presentation and customer-first approach Leadership capability or readiness to step into a management role At Darwin Motor Group, youll be part of a high-performing, energetic team where your experience is valued and your results are rewarded.
