Partnering closely with Product Owners, you will drive predictable delivery outcomes, uplift Agile maturity and strengthen team culture and ways of working.This is a unique opportunity to help reshape team culture while improving delivery performance. You will play a critical role in embedding accountability, enabling growth mindsets and influencing without formal authority.The role also offers a clear development pathway toward an Agile Coach position within the portfolio, providing exposure to broader portfolio-level frameworks, transformation initiatives and continuous improvement practices.On a day-to-day basis you will:Lead delivery across two product teams, planning and governing concurrent workstreamsPartner with Product Owners to align roadmaps, refine backlogs and optimise team capacity and throughputCoach teams to uplift Agile maturity and embed consistent ceremonies, estimation and delivery practicesEstablish predictable delivery rhythms through improved sprint planning, velocity monitoring and dependency managementProactively identify and resolve blockers across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations and stakeholdersStrengthen accountability and shared ownership of outcomes across cross-functional teamsContribute to broader portfolio-level Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiativesPrepare high-quality reporting, business cases and written advice with a high degree of autonomyOur ideal candidate will have:Experience uplifting Agile maturity in teams with inconsistent adoption, embedding sustainable practices and supporting behaviour changeDemonstrated capability balancing delivery priorities across multiple teams with competing constraints and stakeholder expectationsStrong influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and raise difficult issues with resilience and courageProven ability to deliver results in complex, shifting environments while maintaining focus on quality outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to influence, senior staff, and internal working teamsAdvanced Project Management capability, including managing interdependencies, governance processes and corrective action strategiesAdept capability in managing reform and change, coaching others through uncertainty and embedding new ways of workingA strong commitment to customer-focused service delivery and collaborative problem solvingNote: A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance for paid employment is required before commencing in this role.
