Key Responsibilities Ensure children are safe, secure, and actively supervised at all times Support engaging, play-based and child-led learning experiences Foster inclusion and support all childrens individual needs Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment Support childrens daily routines and transitions Build respectful, positive relationships with children Develop strong partnerships with families Guide children in developing cooperative and positive behaviour Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year experience in a childcare or early learning setting Passion for early childhood education and development Energetic, caring, and positive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable with flexible availability Why Join Us?
