Leadership and Performance Partner Join a collaborative People and Culture team shaping leadership capability and performance across the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport Clerk Grade7/8with a salary range of $113,574 - $125,720+ super & leave loading Ongoingfull-timerolebased in Sydney, NSW About the role As aLeadership and Performance Partner, you will playan important rolein supporting the design and delivery of contemporary leadership, performance and talent initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and contribute to a high-performing and engaged workforce. Working as part of the Leadership, Learning and Performance team, you will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to coordinate and deliver a range of programs and initiatives, including leadership development, performance and development, and talent and succession activities. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful organisational development work while building your experience across program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based capability initiatives in a complex and evolving environment. Key responsibilities: Contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of leadership, performance and talent initiatives aligned to organisational priorities, including leadership development, performance and development practices, talentreviewand succession planning. Coordinate the delivery of projects and initiatives, including undertaking research and analysis, supporting solution design, and driving implementation,monitoringand reporting activities. Provide project management and coordination support, including preparing communications, reports and briefs,maintainingproject documentation, and monitoring progress against plans and milestones. Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and provide advice and guidance on leadership and performance programs and practices to support engagement and effective delivery. Support the development of resources, presentations and communications that uplift capability and enhance program outcomes. About You You are an organised and proactive practitioner with an interest in organisational development and building leadership and workforce capability. You bring experience supporting or delivering leadership, performance or talent initiatives and are comfortable working across multiple projects in a dynamic environment. You are confident engaging with stakeholders and communicating clearly, and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes. You are curious and solutions-focused, with the ability to analyse information,identifyinsights and contribute to the continuous improvement of programs and processes. To be successful in this role, you will have: Relevant qualifications in human resources, organisational psychology, organisational development, behavioural science,leadershipand/or equivalent experience. Experience supporting the delivery of leadership,performanceand/or talent initiatives, including coordination of projects and programs. Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders and produce clear written materials. How to Apply!
