About the Role:As an Administration Trainee, you will be an integral part of our office operations, supporting service coordination and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in administration at a caring, community-focused organisation. As well as working towards a business administration qualification, you will receive on-the-job training and mentorship while gaining valuable experience across a range of administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries in a professional and friendly manner Maintaining accurate client and staff records Supporting the team with general administrative tasks Assisting with data entry, filing, and documentation Communicating with clients, families, and care staff Learning internal systems and processes About You: A positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well-organised with attention to detail Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar) Ability to work as part of a team A genuine interest in the health, aged care, or community sector We strongly encourage applications from individuals with experience in care or support work. A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability) is highly regarded, but not essential.
