We are currently seeking a motivated Trainee Laboratory & Field Technician to join our team at our Ballarat facility. About the RoleThis is an entry-level position within the construction and materials testing industry. The role involves manual handling and requires a strong team-focused attitude. You will receive structured training in: Laboratory testing and reporting procedures Field work, including shadowing senior technicians on earthworks sites during your first 34 months No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
