RMK Precast specialises in the manufacturing of Concrete Precast Panels and are seeking a quality control officer to work in their indoor production warehouse in Unanderra. About the Role RMK Precast have a casual position available for Quality Inspector to join our team based in Unanderra. The main duties of the position is to carry out pre and post pour checks and in addition review the process of production and ensure all quality standards are adhered too. Day to Day responsibilities: Assisting and communicating with production team Pre- Pour / Post Pour inspections of products Analysing and reporting on all quality performance Develop and implement best practices to improve production rates and quality output Working with a variety of stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction Identifying root cause of quality issues and recommending solutions Reading shop drawings and complete take off About You To be successful in this role as Quality Inspector you will possess the following: Hold tertiary qualifications in either Engineering, Building, Construction or proven experience working in a similar role within the construction industry Have strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels of the business Extremely high attention to detail Availability for an early morning start Benefits Accessible via public transport Opportunity to learn and grow Pay rate to be discussed based on experience/qualification Working with experienced industry professionals Weekly pay Large pipeline of upcoming work Great diverse team & culture environment Access and exposure to major projects
