As part of our major Master Plan redevelopment, we are set to take over the operations of the popular Alfresco Brasserie while simultaneously constructing a brand-new commercial kitchen that will become the heart of our future food offering. Until then, we are building a passionate, high-performing brigade to lead and elevate the current Alfresco Brasserie operation. Current OpportunitiesSenior Sous Chef We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sous Chef to play a key leadership role in the day-to-day success of the kitchen. This position will work closely with senior management and kitchen leadership to oversee service standards, support menu execution, maintain food quality, and lead the team during a significant transition period. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in the overall management of kitchen operations Leading service periods and ensuring smooth execution Supervising, coaching, and mentoring kitchen staff Maintaining high standards of presentation, consistency, and food safety Supporting rostering, stock control, ordering, and waste management Contributing ideas for menu development and operational improvement Helping shape systems and standards for the future kitchen operation This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious chef ready to step into a senior leadership role and help build something special.
