Commission: per lead tour sale Hours: ~20 rostered hours/week Start: Immediate THE ROLE Strong Geelong Gym is growing fast and we''re looking for a high-energy Memberships & Front of House gun to work alongside our Gym Manager, Jess. Jess leads operations and culture. You look after sales, gym tours, and front-desk engagement. This role blends: Sales Reception Lead follow-up Member experience Tour conversions If you love talking to people, closing deals, and being part of a premium gym environment. This is the role for you. ROSTERED HOURS (~20 HRS/WEEK) Monday: 2:30pm7:00pm Tuesday: 7:00am1:00pm Wednesday: 7:00am1:00pm Thursday: 2:30pm7:00pm Alternating Saturday: 9am-12pm PERFORMANCE METRICS (MONTHLY TARGETS) Aligned with Jess''s KPIs: Lead Booked: 80% Booked Sale: 80% Lead Sale: 60% 10+ sales per month minimum target Consistent Google review requests post-signup YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Lead Conversion Handle all inbound sales enquiries Book tours same day whenever possible Deliver confident, structured tours Ask for the sale Follow up every unconverted lead Reactivate old leads Log all activity in the CRM Reception & Front of House Greet every member and guest Handle walk-ins Answer phones and messages Process sign-ups and membership changes Keep front desk clean and professional Maintain Strong Geelong presentation standards Facility & Member Experience Light cleaning during shift (gym floor, desk, bathrooms) Equipment reset between peak windows Create a welcoming, high-energy gym atmosphere Out-of-Hours Follow-Ups (Commission Based) Lead list call-backs No-show follow-up Facebook & website leads Reactivations Paid per conversion through commission WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR Confident communicators Sales-driven personalities Comfortable with targets Organised and proactive Professional and reliable Energised by gym environments NOT A PASSIVE ROLE This is a front-foot, performance role.
