We are seeking dedicated Support Workers experienced (or confident) in complex care to join our growing team. About the RoleYou will support participants living in their own homes and community, including those with: Behaviour Support Plans (implementation required) PEG feeding Manual handling (hoists & transfers) Complex mental health presentations Degenerative and high-care conditions This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistency to ensure safe, high-quality support delivery. Key Responsibilities Daily living support and community access Personal care (showering, hygiene) Behaviour support implementation PEG feeding (training available) Manual handling, hoists and transfers Following care plans and clinical guidance Managing complex behaviours and environments Accurate documentation & incident reporting Professional communication with families and multidisciplinary teams Availability Split shifts, afternoons & weekends Between 6:00am 10:00pm Flexibility, reliability and consistency essential Requirements NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check (NSW) First Aid & CPR Drivers Licence + reliable vehicle Comprehensive car insurance Minimum 36 months experience in disability or mental health About You Compassionate and participant-focused Confident in complex care environments Strong communication skills Highly reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented Professional with strong boundaries Why Join ICS?
