About the Role We are seeking a Weighbridge Operator to join our site team at Burleigh Heads. This role is critical to site operations, ensuring the accurate recording of incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining compliance with regulatory and company requirements, and providing professional service to drivers, clients, and stakeholders. This is a varied, detailfocused role that suits someone who enjoys accuracy, structure, and working collaboratively in a fastpaced site environment. Key Responsibilities Operate the weighbridge to accurately record vehicle weights and movements Process weighbridge dockets and maintain accurate records Provide professional assistance to drivers, subcontractors, and clients Issue clear site entry, exit, and traffic instructions Respond to basic enquiries regarding loads and deliveries Monitor load compliance and escalate nonconformances or safety concerns Uphold safety, environmental, and IMS requirements across site operations The Candidate Should Have: Previous experience in weighbridge operations, site administration, or a similar role (desirable) Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data entry systems Professional communication skills and a customerfocused approach Ability to work effectively with drivers, site teams, and office staff Current drivers licence and basic computer skills (MS Office or similar systems) Why Join Us?
