The estate management role manages a practice group dealing with a diverse range of legal matters for customers whose estates are subject to financial management orders made by the Supreme Court of NSW, the Mental Health Review Tribunal or the Guardianship Division of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal The estate administration role manages a practice group dealing with a diverse range of wills and estate litigation matters, trust and agency matters as well as work related to NSWTGs role as agent for the Crown in managing assets restrained and forfeited pursuant to the relevant legislation. Each role manages the respective practice group and provides professional supervision and direction to build performance and development of the team. You will require the ability to appear before courts and tribunals and manage complex, contentious, and sensitive legal and administrative matters.The roles require the ability to build trust, respect, and effective communication relationships with customers. The roles also require the ability to maintain knowledge across a wide range of relevant areas of law, manage and build the capability of the practice group to meet increasing demand for services and respond to competing and urgent demands.It is expected that the person gaining this role has a broad general knowledge of litigation practice and procedure gained over a period of at least 5 years and the ability to learn new areas of law.Sounds like you?
