About the RoleWe are seeking a Junior Mobilisation Administrator to join our Henderson/Bibra Lake based team. This is an entry-level opportunity suited to someone looking to build a career in mining or operations support. This is a full-time position based in Henderson/Bibra Lake, working approximately 38 hours per week, typically Monday 7:30am - 4pm, and 7:30am 3:30pm Tuesday to Friday. Reasonable after-hours support and occasional weekend work may be required to support operational needs. Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, you will support the mobilisation and compliance of field-based technicians across shutdowns, projects, and breakdown work throughout Western Australia. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating mobilisation for shutdowns, projects and breakdown work Book site inductions, medicals and training requirements Liaise with medical providers and training organisations to ensure timely compliance Coordinate travel, accommodation and vehicle hire bookings Maintain accurate mobilisation records, training registers and compliance documentation Manage mobilisation inbox and respond to internal and external stakeholders Support roster coordination and workforce planning activities Work closely with operations teams to ensure personnel are site-ready About YouRequired: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal) Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proactive attitude with willingness to learn Desirable: Previous experience in mobilisation, workforce planning or administration Exposure to mining, shutdown or FIFO environments Experience coordinating travel, training or compliance requirements Why Join Us Perth-based role in Henderson/Bibra Lake Opportunity to build a long-term career in mining support services Supportive and collaborative team environment Employee Assistance Program Competitive remuneration aligned to experience
