Tweed Community Mental Health is currently recruiting passionate Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals to join our Treatment Team.About the roleProviding case management within the framework of a multidisciplinary review team structure delivering time limited, specific, evidence based, community focused person-centered care. Delivering individual and group based treatment, managing individual clinical loads and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary treatment process.Providing assessments, evidence-based treatment and case management services to adults 18 years and over, referred to the service experiencing psychiatric illnesses.
