Join Central Coast Local Health District and contribute to Trusted Care, Better Health for Everyone.About the OpportunityAs Executive Assistant to the Director of Nursing, Community, Chronic and Complex Care, you will provide high level, autonomous administrative support within a complex and fast paced portfolio. This role is integral to ensuring efficient operations, professional communication, and strong governance across the Directorate. In this role you will: Provide proactive executive support including complex correspondence, ministerial responses, reports, and submissions of a sensitive nature. Coordinate executive communications, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate tracking systems for correspondence and reporting. Support quality and compliance functions including complaints tracking, clinical reviews, incident management, and ACHS accreditation activities. Prepare meeting agendas, papers and minutes, and provide secretariat support to committees and executive forums. Exercise independent judgement to prioritise competing demands and coordinate responses in the absence of the Director.For more information about this role, please view the Position DescriptionAbout YouWe are looking for someone who has: Extensive experience providing high level executive administrative support in complex and confidential environments. Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to analyse, prioritise and meet strict deadlines. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to work professionally and autonomously. Proven experience preparing executive correspondence, briefings, minutes and using corporate records and Microsoft applications.
