Position OverviewWe are seeking dedicated Casual Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will provide highquality domestic assistance to our NDIS, Aged Care and DVA clients in Tweed Heads and surrounding suburbs. Responsibilities include performing general household cleaning tasks, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and supporting clients to live in a clean, comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities Perform general household cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to maintain hygiene and comfort Assist with laundry, ironing, and changing bed linen as required Support clients with light household organisation to ensure a safe and tidy home Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and infection control regulations Respond promptly to client needs with respect and professionalism Maintain accurate records of services provided in line with organisational standards Essential Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in domestic cleaning, housekeeping, or similar Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Own car and insurance essential Cleaning equipment preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Excellent time management and organisational skills Compassionate, clientfocused approach with respect for diverse backgrounds Why Join Us?
