Take the Lead On-Site Were on the lookout for a Site Supervisor to join our expanding Roofing Division. If youre an experienced roofer or plumber looking to lead a great team and help deliver quality work you can be proud of, this role could be the perfect fit. What Youll Be Doing As our Site Supervisor, youll be the go-to person on-site, coordinating and supervising installations in the Beresfield region to ensure they run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include: Supervise and support roofers and subcontractors on-site Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections Perform site measures and manage work schedules Ensure high standards of safety and workmanship Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site Provide technical advice and guidance to teams Manage job documentation and reporting via system apps What Youll Bring Youre a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who knows what it takes to lead on a construction site.
