About the Role Ware Products Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Trade Assistant to join our team in Roseworthy, SA, with a clear pathway into a Boilermaker Apprenticeship. This role will initially commence on a casual basis, working in our workshop supporting tradespeople with day-to-day fabrication and workshop duties. This period is used to assess suitability, work ethic, and attitude before progressing into a full-time apprenticeship. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and genuinely interested in building a long-term career in fabrication and welding. Apprenticeship Pathway Successful candidates will begin as a casual Trade Assistant. After approximately 3 months, candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a positive attitude will be offered a full-time apprenticeship, followed by a standard probation period.
