The ideal candidates will provide high-quality support services to NDIS participants, ensuring their needs and goals are met with professionalism and compassion. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised care and support to NDIS participants Assist with daily living activities and personal care Foster community engagement and participation Maintain accurate and detailed records of support provided Work collaboratively with participants, families, and the PowerAbility team Qualifications and Requirements: Relevant qualifications and mandatory NDIS checks (including Working with Children Check and National Police Check) Valid driver''s licence Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent First Aid and/or CPR certification within the last 12 months Infection prevention and control training within the last 12 months Experience in the disability sector Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills Experience in providing support services to individuals with disabilities Why Join PowerAbility?
