Full training will be provided to the right applicant. About the Role: Full time position Pinjarra Head Office Monday to Friday roster Salary position Superannuation paid on all hours worked Key Responsibilities: Accurately input and maintain employee and payroll-related data within internal systems, ensuring records are complete, up to date and compliant with organisational policies Prepare and generate regular wage reports detailing employee hours, pay rates, overtime, deductions and allowances Act as a first point of contact for employee enquiries relating to wages, payslips, leave balances, deductions and payroll timelines Supporting your team in ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time Requirements: Excellent communication skills verbal & written High attention to detail Ability to multitask Ability to follow procedures & meet non-negotiable deadlines Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Pronto (desirable) Spreadsheet proficiency & basic reporting skills (desirable) Previous Data Entry background (desirable, but not essential) National Police Clearance How to apply: The successful candidates will be required to meet our pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening prior to an Offer of Employment being made.
