You will be responsible for providing high quality, patient centred care that supports optimal health outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement.The position requires a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and participation in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that care delivery remains current, innovative, and responsive to patient needs. You will be involved in healthcare planning, implementation, and evaluation, working closely with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimise care.Practicing in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia standards, NSW Health Code of Conduct, and CORE values, you will actively contribute to a culture of patient safety, clinical quality, and innovation. Your role will support ongoing improvement initiatives and promote best-practice approaches that enhance patient outcomes and overall service delivery.About YouYou will hold a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, supported by demonstrated nursing skills, knowledge and abilities to work within the Perioperative Environment.
