About the Role As a Forensic or Clinical Psychologist within Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, you will play a key role in delivering evidence-based psychological care in a hospital setting. Youll work with forensic and long-term rehabilitation consumers presenting with complex interpersonal, emotional and behavioural needs; within a small psychology team. For this position we are open to applications from Registrar Forensic/Clinical Psychologists. Key responsibilities include: Conducting psychological assessments, diagnosis and treatment Developing comprehensive formulations and delivering recovery-focused interventions Completing cognitive and psychopathy assessments, including report writing and recommendations Working closely within a multidisciplinary team environment Supporting positive outcomes for consumers, families and carers Youll also have the opportunity to further develop specialist skills in forensic assessment. Generally registered as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia with area of practice endorsement in forensic or clinical psychology.
