Key Responsibilities: Greeting and Assisting Clients: Welcome patients, families, staff, and visitors, and assist them as needed. Scheduling Appointments: Manage appointment bookings for staff visits, follow-ups, and consultations. Billing & Insurance Support: Assist with basic billing inquiries and verify insurance information as needed. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, confidentiality, and privacy laws. Client Prospecting: Identify potential clients, including individuals in need of home care services, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and meetings to promote the agencys nursing services, answering questions and addressing concerns.
