This is a hands-on, all-rounder role where youll take ownership of getting materials where they need to besafely, efficiently, and on time. What youll be doing Transport steel materials between workshops, suppliers, and project sites Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Operate forklifts and assist with material handling in the yard Prepare loads for dispatch and ensure load restraint compliance Maintain yard organisation, cleanliness, and safe storage practices Complete delivery paperwork and basic transport documentation Conduct pre-start checks and report any vehicle or equipment issues Support the wider team as needed to keep operations running smoothly What were looking for MC Truck Licence (essential) Forklift Licence (essential) Experience in transport, yard, or materials handling (steel/construction ideal) Strong safety focus and understanding of load restraint Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player Basic computer skills for logging and documentation Why join Hanlon?
