Papercup Coffee Labrador We are looking for amazing, experienced, customer service focused Baristas to join our team at Papercup Coffee Labrador. Our top priorities are to: 1. Welcome our guests into a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment, 2. To be able to serve them within five minutes, and 3. Give Customers the same awesome service, consistently every single time. Papercup Coffee is known for incredible service, where we consistently make that extra effort for our customers. Ideally you will be enthusiastic, friendly, confident, and most importantly, work well in a busy team environment. Skills, Duties and Experience Make coffee using our specialist equipment and to our exact recipe. Work well in a busy and demanding environment. Prepare food to our recipe. Work well and responsibly within a team. Complete daily checklist of jobs tasks, cleaning duties. Make sales and communicate well to customers. Project a welcoming, friendly, and professional image to all customers. Have solid knowledge and working experience of coffee, food preparation, and customer service. Experienced Cash Register, ideally Square POS and EFTPOS skills. Flexible and adaptable to challenges and change. Position This is a casual position that will lead to full time advancement within our growing company. We are passionate about training, growth and upskilling our staff.
