With experience in aged or clinical care, you''ll create personalised care plans and support residents'' well-being overnight. The hours for this role are three night shifts per fortnight: Week 1: Tuesday Week 2: Tuesday and Wednesday You will bring: A strong person-centred approach Passion for aged care and best practice Relevant clinical or aged care experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aged care or clinical nursing Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance Working with Us All appointments are subject to successful reference checks, a National Police Record Clearance, current APHRA registration, and proof of three doses of COVID-19 vaccination.
