Expression of InterestData Analyst Location Parramatta (6PSQ) Employment type Temporary - Full Time (1 year) Grade/Salary Clerk Grade 7/8 - $113,574 - $125,720 plus superannuation and leave loading Your roleEstablish, maintain, develop and manage statistical data series pertaining to key operational areas of correctional operations, performance and outcomes. Support the unit in providing timely and accurate analysis of statistical data which support operational and strategic objectives of the agency.What youll do Maintain and develop Tableau dashboards and other reporting outputs used for Correctional Centre performance reporting. Manage Tableau license and access requests from end users. Liaise with Correctional Centre staff on matters related to KPIs and performance reporting. Liaise with the CRES Data team on data matters associated with KPIs and performance reporting. Manage data tables generated by the CRES Data team to produce Tableau dashboards and other reporting outputs used for Correctional Centre performance reporting. Develop reporting systems to ensure reporting systems are responsive to developments within key information systems and are aligned to respond to emerging trends Maintain and develop data dictionaries and detailed documentation of key processes used to deliver reporting outcomes Maintain communication with key stakeholders and information users. Collaborate with team members and managers, operational business units and technology units to ensure timely, accurate and operationally sound advice. What were looking for Experience with building and maintaining Tableau dashboards is essential. Experience ideal but not essential using software such as SQL and Excel. Tertiary qualifications or related experience in a relevant field.
