Youll bring structure, clarity and momentum - managing systems, priorities, communication, technology and projects so the CEO and Executive team can focus on strategy, governance and community accountability. Youll also get out and about, visiting remote communities, meeting Elders and Boards, and seeing firsthand why Miwatjs work matters. This role is fastpaced, hightrust, and deeply rewarding. What youll bring 3-4+ years experience supporting a CEO or Csuite executive A formal qualification in business or an equivalent discipline (essential) Strong skills across Microsoft 365, digital systems, reporting and presentations Confidence managing complex diaries, travel, meetings, communications and sensitive information A genuine interest in, or commitment to learning about, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health and remote contexts Availability to travel to remote communities (monthly or less) Valid Australian work rights Vaccination & Immunity All staff must meet Miwatjs Vaccination and Immunity Screening Policy and provide verified evidence before starting, in line with healthcare standards.
