About the role: Assign cleaning tasks and ensure that the team efficiently and effectively completes delegated duties. Provide training to team members. Manage inventory. Be able to jump in and help the team when required. Prepare reports. Recommend service improvements. Operate the Housekeeping department when Executive Housekeeper is off-site. Ability to work weekdays, both AM and PM shifts, weekends and public holidays You seek the diversity of being part of a multiple venue business specialising in outstanding service and experiences. Essential Qualities: You have cleaning expertise, at least Supervisor experience in a 4-5 Star Hotel. You have a high attention-to-detail in your work, are very particular about making beds, and upholding service levels to the highest standards. Fast and fit. You have strong attention to detail, can multitask and work collaboratively in a diverse team environment. You are friendly and able to communicate well in English.
