Casual / Part-Time / Full-Time Positions Available Were looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member to represent our bakery brand inside Harris Farm. If you love great food, have a passion for baking, and enjoy creating an exceptional retail experience, this role is for you! The shifts are 4am - 12pm, flexible days based on your availability. About the Role Youll be the face of our bakery within the store, ensuring our products are always well-presented, well-stocked, and showcased to their full potential. Youll work closely with the Harris Farm team while keeping communication flowing back to our bakery about whats happening on the ground. What Youll Be Doing Topping up and maintaining product levels throughout the day Small product bakes, and topping/presentation of select pastry Visual merchandising and ensuring our bakery section looks incredible Providing outstanding customer service and product guidance Running sampling sessions to introduce customers to our range Monitoring stock levels, waste, and product movement Reporting daily insights back to the bakery (wins, challenges, feedback, trends) Championing our brand and maintaining strong product knowledge Ensuring compliance with food safety and store standards What Were Looking For Genuine interest in baking, food, and retail Confident communicator with strong customer service skills Eye for detail and pride in presentation Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Positive energy and a professional attitude Experience in retail, bakery, food service, or hospitality Why Join Us?
