As a Land Access Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting land access activities across major telecommunications projects. The role is initially officebased, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week following a successful probationary period. The Role Reporting to the Land Access Manager, the Land Access Administrator will support the successful delivery of land access approvals and stakeholder engagement activities. Your strong attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and confident communication style will see you working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders every day. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Deliver high-quality administrative support for land access approvals, stakeholder engagement, and statutory documentation Manage high-volume data entry across multiple systems and platforms Prepare notifications, reports, and correspondence with exceptional accuracy and clarity Conduct HEC searches and assist with LASA client deliverables Maintain accurate project records aligned with document control procedures Provide regular, clear workload updates to the team and management Act as key contact supporting internal and external stakeholders professionally Assist with compliance to Telecommunications Act 1997 and industry codes You To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong eye for detail, a methodical approach to work, and confidence communicating with diverse stakeholders. You understand the importance of data integrity and take ownership of delivering accurate outcomes.
