Bidfood Darwin is looking for reliable, hard-working people to join us as Casual Pick Packers at our East Arm warehouse. There are both day and night shifts required. Bidfood is Australias leading foodservice distributor, and so this role involves picking and packing orders for some of the countrys busiest cafs, restaurants and institutions. It suits someone who wants to work hard, stay active and be part of a well-run operation without being stuck behind a desk. About the role This role is all about getting customer orders ready quickly, accurately and with care. Youll work in freezer, chiller and dry areas, helping make sure deliveries go out on time, every time. Your day will include: Picking and assembling orders Moving between dry, chilled and frozen zones Keeping your area clean, organised and safe Helping your team meet daily targets Supporting the warehouse team when needed This is a great role if youre looking for consistency and flexibility, the stability and benefits of working with a trusted national employer and opportunities to grow. About you Youre physically fit, switched on and ready to get stuck in. You dont mind the cold; you show up on time and you get the job done properly. You take pride in being part of a team that keeps things moving. You might have experience in a warehouse, kitchen or similar fast-paced environment, but the most important thing is your attitude. If youre reliable, willing to learn and ready to work, well show you the rest. Skills and experience Youll bring a solid work ethic, a practical mindset and the ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
